Note: notifications work on top of Events. Before moving forward make sure your product has at least one event configured in it's Template
Open Search​
Go to Devices filters
Select multiple devices (1)
Hover over the Actions menu [...] (2)
Click Notification Settings (3)
6. In the opened drawer select the desired events to edit (4) 7. Click Edit Settings (5)
8. In the modal window turn on the desired channels (Email, Push, or SMS), select the recipients. If the recipient is not on the list you can search by typing the name or the email.
Note, there's the "All members" entry. It means that all users of the organization where the device belongs will be the recipients
9. Press Apply and you'll see the event status and channels updated
